The Bureau of Representatives is a collegial advisory body established to work with the business communities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and to shape the economic agenda of the IMBRICS Forum. The Bureau of Representatives is responsible for attracting participants of the Forum and making proposals on the economic agenda to coordinate their inclusion in the Forum’s business programme or integration into other areas of participation.

The purpose of the Bureau of Representatives is to assist in the preparation and holding of the IMBRICS Forum during the year, as well as to search for potentially important economic projects to be included in the Forum's business programme and to attract representatives of commercial companies of the Russian Federation to participate in the Forum (on a paid basis).
