Awarding of certificates to the winners of the Startup as a Diploma competition

On June 27, the final was held in Moscow, where the winners of the All-Russian Graduation Thesis Competition in the format “Startup as a Diploma", organized by the Ministry of Education, were announced.

Mikhail Cherepanov, the Vice President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, presented certificates to the twelve best teams, granting them access to participate in the VII International Municipal Forum of BRICS on November 20–21, 2025, in St. Petersburg, where they can promote their projects and seek partners for further startup funding.

"Today's winners should not stop here—on the contrary, they must prepare thoroughly to seize the opportunities ahead. As for those who didn’t win today—they should redouble their efforts, as only persistent hard work paves the way to true success," emphasized Mikhail Cherepanov in his speech.

The International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs partnered with the competition, highlighting the importance of supporting aspiring entrepreneurs.

“International business offers young entrepreneurs tremendous opportunities but also comes with great responsibility. Remembering one’s country, contributing knowledge and experience to regional development, supporting the university that provided their education, and not forgetting those who helped at the start—these are the hallmarks of a mature and socially conscious approach to entrepreneurship," noted Sergei Shalashny, the Chairman of the Committee on Youth Entrepreneurship Development.
